REGISTRATION AND USE OF WEBSITE

– Only registered users may order goods on this website

– To register as a user you must provide a unique username and password and certain information and personal details to Luxe Loft. You will need to use your username and password to access the website and purchase goods

– You agree to notify Luxe Loft immediately upon becoming aware of or reasonably suspecting any unauthorized access to or use of your username and password and to take steps to mitigate any resultant loss or harm

– By using this website you warrant that you are 18(Eighteen) years of age or older and of full legal capacity

PROCESSING OF ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY OF STOCK

– Registered users may place orders for goods, which orders may be accepted by Luxe Loft or rejected. Acceptance of orders is based on availability of stock and receipt of payment

REFUND AND RETURNS

– We trust that you will be happy with your purchase, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund, exchange or replacement policy on all products returned to us within 5 (five) days of your receipt of goods provided that the products are returned in their original packaging, unopened , unused and with no damage. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned and the delay in return when making any refund.

– Products on sale during promotions are not eligible for return and refund. 

PAYMENT

Payment may be made for goods via :

– Instant EFT via Payfast

– Direct bank deposit electronic funds transfer (EFT)

– Credit card. Where payment is made via credit card we may require additional information in order to verify the validity of the payment and reserve the right to withhold delivery until such time as the additional information is received by us and authorization is obtained for amounts paid. Should we not receive the authorisation your order for the goods will be automatically cancelled.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

– Luxe Loft offers one method of delivery of goods to you which is via a courier

– Some items, heavy or large may carry additional delivery charges. These additional fees are included in the delivery cost upon checkout.

– Once the order has been accepted, Luxe Loft will deliver the goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”). We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the goods within the delivery period and should you elect to cancel the order we will reimburse you for the purchase price.

– We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours after the receipt of payment.  Orders where payment is received after 12:00 pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
